Good piece on Walker from the Vanderbilt Hustler:

Walker Grisanti’s strength: Both inside and out

Great read. Maybe we’ll see him back at Vandy as a strength coach in the future.

I wonder why he hasn't DH'd more. He can hit equally as well or better than Duvall.

That's a really good question. I wonder if it's because he strikes out more than Duvall. Grisanti has fanned eight times in 19 at bats (42 percent), while Duvall has struck out 21 times in 96 at bats (22 percent).

You may not be aware, but Duvall is 4th in .obp, even after only hitting .150 the first month?

If you watch the games, Duvall also leads the team in hits robbed. That's the problem with batting average - doesn't tell the whole story.

While I agree Grisanti has an argument for more at bats, Duvall is not the one I'd go after.

How is that relative to the topic or your uninformed opinion?
