Not much to say
Just sad the board is this quiet after a HUGE win.
Not long ago, maybe even before conference play started, I (and I suspect many of us) thought that this team would maybe win 3-5 conference games. It seemed the most optimistic among us thought maybe 8.
But here we are with 8 conference wins with 4 winnable games left to play. Even now I would be really happy to split the rest. Winning 3 would be absolutely great!
Let's play ball!!

Always hopeful; rarely optimistic.

Agreed. I was crucified not long ago talking about a run to the tournament. Just need to win 3 out of 4 and a win or two in the SEC tournament.

This has been the best 5-game stretch of Vanderbilt basketball in the last 12 years or so.dcdore wrote: ↑Sat Feb 18, 2023 10:16 pm Just sad the board is this quiet after a HUGE win.

Re: Not much to say
Yep…it took 40 min to get out of the 25th ave parking garage tonight.
Amazing atmosphere; our fans represented well. Much credit to the Auburn fans as well for being loud and classy…made for a great time.
The folks in Birmingham are the league office should be ashamed of themselves with the chicanery at the end of the game.
Sec record now tied with Auburn for 4th…so we get the nod for 4th via tie breaker, no?

I think part of the reason is everyone was at the game! Memorial was amazing tonight, truly the best I’ve experienced since 2012.
