So it’s pretty much a given of who we will face tonight for St, Bednar and Sims. 2 dominant right handed pitchers. I would love to see Corbs stack the lineup with lefties. This isn’t necessarily what I think he will do, just think it could give our offense a boost.
1. CF Bradfield
2. LF Vaz
3.1B Keegan
4. RF Laneve
5. 2B Noland
6. C Rodriguez
7. DH Jones
8. SS Young
9. 3B Gonzalez
Again, I don’t think that will happen, just what I think could help jumpstart our offense. But I’m not a HOF coach, just a diehard Vandy fan! I’m sure Corbs will put out the best lineup that gives us a great chance to win!

I believe you are right versus, Thomas will be in RF in my opinion. I wish somebody else would get a shot just bc of how much he’s struggled at the plate lately

Two people you can count on seeing tonight are Cooper Davis And Hugh Fisher. Its Corbin's loyalty to senior family.

Re: Tonight’s Lineup
Why doesn’t he try Romero as a DH….he has proven to have a big bat on occasion. Of course, he is our back up catcher, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Re: Tonight’s Lineup
Cooper got into last night's game. Fisher will pitch if the situation is right. But both of them have had some opportunities this CWS. I don't see these guys going in just because this is their last game.
Patrick Raby, who had been in the weekend rotation earlier in the season and holds the career pitching wins record at Vanderbilt, hurled a couple games of relief during the 2019 CWS. Walker Grisanti, a senior who had played well but sparingly for four years, did not see any action in Omaha that year.
Cooper and Hugh will get to shine during the dogpile.
Edit: Alan Espinal is there as a bullpen catcher. I don't know if he is on the playing roster. If he is, we would have a backup catcher in case Romero is used as a DH and C.J. gets injured. And Keegan could catch in a pinch.
