Pitcher prediction for Wed?

Gents et al,

Any guesses who gets the start?

Besides Leiter, are there any pitchers that will for sure NOT pitch?

I suspect Little on Wednesday with the pen ready at a moment's notice. I can't imagine Rocker would pitch on Wednesday...Dave van Horn isn't calling the shots.

Well, I think that's probably the case tonight (Wednesday). but I'm pretty sure Rocker would pitch on Friday and possibly Leiter on Saturday. Sure, they'll be burned for the finals (Rocker could probably come back on Wednesday), but I don't see us even making the finals if we don't do that.
