...between North Alabama and Mercer kicks off today at 2:30 CDT in Montgomery. The temperature at game time is expected to be 101 and the humidity will make it feel like 107. I wondered what genius decided this but saw where it was on ESPN. Putting players at risk is secondary to TV $. Sad.

A few degrees above average today, but the odds of anything other than brutal heat and/or a severe thunderstorm on an August afternoon in Montgomery are pretty small. This is year 4 or 5 of this I think. Worse idea than bowl games in Boise or Fenway Park.
