On Monday Hawaii named three players from defense and two from offense to serve as captains this season... LB Logan Taylor, CB Virdel Edwards II, DE Jonah Kahahawai-Welch, C Eliki Tanuvasa, and RB Tylan Hines.
The Warriors will practice Tuesday morning on their grass field, then depart that same afternoon for Nashville... the travel party includes 74 players. (As I recall, Vanderbilt took quite a few more than that to Hawaii last season.)
Presumably, Hawaii will be practicing at one of the local high school fields... I'd love to find out which one. MBA or Ensworth would be a good bet.
