Commitment No. 21... teammate of Alvin Williamson, Jr. (who committed last week)... a bit of a surprise to me, but maybe it shouldn't have been!...
Chose Vandy over Nebraska, Texas Tech, Washington, Baylor, Missouri (!), and others... his last official visit was to Vandy on June 26, and that evidently sealed the deal!

On3.com ranks Carter as a 4-star recruit, 247 and Rivals only give him 3. And he is not ranked in the ESPN 300.

How many wide receivers/defensive backs do we plan to sign? It seems like about 15 (a little hyperbole). And no tight ends? Usually we sign 6-8 tight ends, or maybe even more.
What is going on?

Myles Davis, a teammate of Carter and Williamson, committed to Texas A&M Wednesday.
That means QBs who try to throw on Cibolo-Steele's defense this fall will have to do so against a secondary that includes Williamson and Carter, both committed to Vanderbilt, and Davis, committed to the Aggies. Whew! (Maybe better keep it on the ground.)
