Lineup

I’m thinking a lineup shift is in order -
And here is what I would suggest.
#1 Bradfield lead off is obvious - try to encourage less loft, more legs.
2 Hewitt or Vastine - both are 2 of our better situational hitters. (We don’t have enough situational hitters.) I’d try Vastine here if Hewitt is not starting. With Bradfield focused on getting on base - we need situational hitters here for sac and hit and run.
#3 Schreck - not seeing good pitches because #4 is hitting about.125 behind him the last 3 weeks.
#4 Diaz - our best hitter lately. Put him behind Schreck to give Schreck a chance.
Noland #5 dependable and some pop
#6 Polk or Hewitt
Even if it’s just superstition - the current lineup is adrift. How could a change hurt?
#7. Austin
#8 Espy
#9 Vastine or Hewitt - whichever isn’t #2 or Maldo - if both are plugged in above.
Other thoughts? Perhaps a pregame bonfire?
