On the internet today. Bama just got a single followed by a hit into the gap. Bradfield makes a sliding stop, stands up and fires into second, and gets the runner who over slid second base. Oh my yes. 2 outs, bottom 7th man on first, shot to LF-CF gap. EBjr slides to cut off the single, quickly throws to 2nd where batter overslides the base and Austin tags him out. This is obviously a game where manufacturing a run would win it. Our guys seem incapable of advancing a runner. Making ground contact with a guy on base just to move him. A bunch of k’s and weak pops.
Lots of at-bats with runners in scoring position. Terrible RISP.
