Capers is coming off a devastating injury from last year; neither he nor Diakite played in the spring game. DiCosmo started at the position, with Brown and Ruth getting playing time; but hopefully, Capers and Diakite will be ready to go again by fall.
The group will also be augmented this fall by the addition of signee Evan Herrmann. Callahan Blair is committed to joining the group in 2024, so the future is bright at this position.
