Typical Vanderbilt. Cameras installed to monitor progress – and they don’t work.

P.S. If this camera were a football team, its record for the past few weeks would be something like 1-11.

Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
With the exception of the 2 lower corners of the bowl and a few pillars, the South End Zone is just about leveled. It's actually a fair amount of space when you see just the ground space. Being able to extend out to Jess Neely will give that building a sizable footprint.

Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
One thing I hadn't noticed until today is that it appears the lower seating in the corner of the end zone is also coming down. I'm hoping this improves the sightlines in the stadium, so that receivers don't disappear into the corner of the stadium and you have to wait for the fan reaction to know whether a pass has been caught for a touchdown.

Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
So I’m simply too lazy to keep searching… what’s the projected look on gameday? It doesn’t appear they are close enough to lay turf within the next month at least.

Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
It looks like they are smoothing out the field area. I bet they get the turf rolled back pretty soon
Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
I haven't paid much if any attention to this but was the expectation that everything would be completed before the home opener?

Re: Links to stadium construction livestream cameras
No, not at all. The expectation was always that construction would be ongoing through the season.

I noticed this morning that the turf has been reinstalled in the north end zone.VandyMachine wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 1:52 pm It looks like they are smoothing out the field area. I bet they get the turf rolled back pretty soon
