Renaming the NIT
So, the NCAA has the "Sweet 16" and the "Elite 8" and the "Final 4"
Now that we are in the round of 16 of the NIT ... what is the appropriate way to refer to these in the NIT?
I'm proposing the "Semi-Sweet 16", the "Eh 8" and the ... you know, I really can't think of a good Final 4 redo ... maybe the "Featured 4"? The "Futile 4?"
Anybody with better suggestions?

Re: Renaming the NIT
I am old enough (coming up on 72) to remember when the NIT was a pretty big deal. Not as big as the NCAA, but big enough there were serious conversations about whether the NCAA champion could beat the NIT champion.
