My guess based on CSR being the enthusiastic origin of this tweet and the timing of the tweet is that the event coming soon is an announcement of a verbal commitment by one or more elite recruits from the 2023 and 2024 classes. I know this will be welcome news for the Vandy players, staff and supporters of women’s basketball.

Whatever the BIG news is, CSR’s tweet indicates that the staff and players are really pleased about the news to be dropped. It will be a very big boost in an already amazing turnaround in the Vandy women's basketball program. The supporters will surely be pleased as well!
