Probably to remain TBA until it is confirmed whether the league will be 14 or 16 teams in 2022. I seriously doubt it will take until 2025 to add the 2 new members.

With CBS holding the rights to the choice of the first/best football match-up through 2023 I don't see ESPN facilitating the expansion before 2024 unless they come up with a deal to buyout the CBS contract early. OTOH I don't think there is anyway that Texas and Oklahoma are playing in the Big 12 in 2025.

The 2021 schedule wasn't announced until late January of this year, but in pre-pandemic times was usually announced around this time of year (mid-September).
