A tradition unlike any other...the official VandyMania pick 'em is back!

Here’s how it works. (The same way it's worked every year, since we started doing this sometime back in the 1970s.) Each week I post a handful of games for your prognosticating pleasure. This includes the Vandy game along with a few others of interest as selected by me. Your job is to pick the winner and the final score of each game. The poster who picks the winner and comes closest to the final score gets his or her name highlighted in the following week’s pick ‘em thread.

There’s also the Upset of the Week pick. Simply pick the underdog you think will overcome the biggest point spread to win outright that week. You need not predict a score. The underdog winning against the biggest spread gets the Upset of the Week. Ties are not broken. You can pick as many upsets as you like, but only the one you designate as Upset of the Week will be recognized.

There’s no material prize for winning, except for being able to peacock and see your name in lights. I have the final say over winners, but if you think I’ve screwed up, let me know—I’ll fix it.

The thread will typically be locked around 11 AM CT on Saturdays.
