Yep, after having been with the Ravens, he knows what it's like to work for a Harbaugh, and must be OK with it.

I'd take the job too if I was Minter. Safeties coach and DC at Vandy. Arguably the worst safeties and defense in NCAA, definitely the worst in the SEC. Take the money and run, fake it until you make it.

Strong likelihood. A lot of these moves are lined up in advance and they don't get announced until all the recruiting is finished so schools can finish off their classes. Sort of a gentleman's agreement. This one may have been worked out a while back with MacDonald going to work for the other Harbaugh. I also think Jim's philandering with the NFL probably delayed the official announcement.
