Personally I’m pleased they’re putting the horse (support infrastructure) before the cart (stadium)

I feel like it’s no longer “trust the process.” It really seems it’s “trust the people”, with leadership from the top level like we’ve never seen previously. Things are exciting for a welcome change.

I for one am glad they are addressing the off-the-field facilities before doing a stadium renovation. The players will spend a majority of their time in those facilities than the stadium. Really the biggest thing that needs to be done in the stadium immediately is new turf, that playing surface is starting to show its age.
