When David Price was playing for the Montgomery Biscuits, 7-8 weeks if I remember correctly, he shared an apartment with about 8-9 guys. Didn't know how long they would be here, either up or down, and didn't' want a 6 month lease, so a lot would pool together and get an apartment together.

Luke Murphy just signed with the Angels so he will be in their farm system. But I guess getting a $750K signing bonus alleviates the problem somewhat…

Where the vast majority of signees so far have signed BELOW slot value, it should make us proud that every VU draftee has signed at or above slot and every signee has as well.

A billionaire MLB owner can't do better than that? And people griped about the former Clippers NBA owner being a tightwad. My guess is that G League basketball players don't have 9 guys sharing an apartment or living off unhealthy fast food.

Billionaires don’t get rich wasting money on things like employees…

Max Scherzer signed a 7 year / $210,000,000 contract with the Washington Nationals, including a $50,000,000 signing bonus. Damian Lillard, NBA's Portland Trail Blazers: $257 million over six years. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has the largest contract in NFL history, making an average of $45 million per year.
