taste, but the 1st Amendment gives them the right to be jerks! I understand the disdain for Miller but if he is never charged with a crime or was later found not guilty, then he would have been the recipient of unjust treatment to himself and his future if not allowed to continue to play. Do we abandon the principle of "innocent till proven guilty" for the zealots who want to rush to a judgement of their own; I think not? Reminds me of the treatment Joe Paterno received from Penn State. Paterno followed the chain of command and informed his athletic director of what he had been informed of but did not witness. If Paterno had accused the assistant coach of an alleged crime that he did not witness, then he could of opened himself to a defamatory suit for likely millions! Who knows when Paterno became aware of such crimes?
