According to ESPN. Press conference tomorrow.
That is huge news for Titans fans. We never beat him, but at least he can never beat us again. That changes the whole division.

Brissett ended up starting 15 games for the Colts in the 2017 season due to Luck being injured, and threw for over 3,000 yards and 13 touchdowns. Same as Mariota threw for that season. Titans will still finish in last place in the division.

WIth Houston in big trouble as well after losing RB Lamar Miller to a probable ACL tear, the Titans and Jaguars should be fighting for the top 2 division spots this year.
Colts just don't win much with backup QBs. And I don't trust Nick Foles in the regular season to do much. Mariota will have every opportunity to be the top QB in the AFC South this year.

Sometimes they win with a backup when the titans lose with a starter.
