Is there a line on how long it takes once you reach downtown until you're seated?

as back-up for the Titans? I have no ill will toward him. I hope Tannehill, he & Levis all have great seasons. I know this is pre-season, and all the things that go along with that, but I just can't see that, should something happen to RT, he can lead this team to success. I hope i'm wrong.

Bill, So sorry about your problems with the library and glad you got your story published without access to the library for your research . As a fellow alum comitted to writing and research myself who lives a long way from our library it is comfirting to know we both can do without the Heard librar...

That's been an ongoing criticism. There's no "big money" person or group involved. An owner would basically have to foot the bill, with some type of payback down the road.
