Re: Throw the dang ball!

I don't see MW punishing Mizzou with rushing when averaging 22 yds per game and -5 in last outing. Miss ST defense certainly not touted as the "Steel Curtain". Perhaps Mizzou's is worse but with same game plan as last week it will look formidable. I like wheel route till they stop it then ...

Re: We have a game...

I can not wait!!! In almost 50 years of fandom disappointments over football have given way to at least basketball is almost here. After not even having basketball to look forward to for a few years, I think we can be pretty competitive this year. C'mon Memorial Magic!!!

Re: Jeremy Moussa part of the gameplan this week?

I just don't get how folks are still enamored with Wright as a "mobile" QB that can make plays with his legs. Have we seen any of that? I only get that if you mean he can run out of bounds quicker. Laterally. I hope Moussa starts if Seals is out. But my guess is we will give most of the fi...

Re: Thoughts on Vandy's loss to the Fighting Leaches

The effort witnessed in the SC game was missing last Sat. Saw it from Mike Wright. The most frequent play was go to the pocket, look at one receiver, then bail out to the right and head for the sideline. He looked to be primarily concerned with avoiding the hit. At least once he danced out only a ya...

Re: Vandy-MSU thread

I felt like this was a bad matchup for us. Yet it was still so much worse seeing it happen than I even imagined.
Any hope coming from last week's seeming improvement completely derailed.

No secret weapon just superior stategery. Clark Lea our modern day Hannibal will suck in the Bulldogs as Hannibal did the Romans at Cannae. When they go up a quick 14 points the trap will be set!!!

No updates to Rogers' availability. The #1 backup Jack Abraham is not currently on the team according to Leach. No details given as to why.

Re: OT: Jeremy Pruitt vs. UT could get... very interesting!

So what if he has dirty laundry to air. Who is left to be fired? Would there really be harsh sanctions levied by NCAA. They seem much more toothless theses days. A "bad Look" does not seem to bother the institution much less the fanbase. The vast majority would be in favor of pay to play i...

Looks like a bad match-up for us. Their strength passing game against our weakest link passing defense. Our not really any strength offense against their weakest link defense.

Will Rogers Day to Day

I watched a bit of the MissST and Bana game and the huge hit laid on him by 2 Bama defenders. He was clearly in distress but managed to finish the game. He suffered an shoulder AC sprain on his throwing arm. He is listed as day to day. Of course he will make a miraculous recover and torch us, but it...

SEC lays down the law on UT

Fined them $250,000K. But the review of alcohol sales could hurt worse.
