Fairly standard in tournament play on all levels; lose one of your first two games and it's much harder to win the tournament. Those are interesting statistics; they obviously indicate that in some respects our pitching in SEC play has been better than in the SEC and NCAA championship year 2019. Maybe fewer walks or lower opponents' batting average?
