The 6-5, 260 lb. prospect from Texas power Southlake Carroll attended camp at Vandy last week and committed today. He'll be a midyear enrollee. He also has offers from Arizona State, Missouri, Stanford, Air Force, Army, Memphis, and a bunch of Ivies.

Paul Skenes was an Air Force Academy transfer, by the way.

Edey withdrew from the draft about three weeks ago...just so he can go undrafted next year.

I haven't yet seen the details of the signing and whether it's a two-way contract.
