List with a good start at WGC-Bridgestone Invitational

Postby Titans309fan » Thu Aug 02, 2018 2:57 pm

He shot a 4 under 65 to be in a fourth place tie, 3 shots off the lead.

While Tiger did have a good round and had a rare top 10 finish in the first round, List was one better.

Brandt is playing better, but he is not "Top 50" in the world yet. That is the qualifier for this week's tourney. Hopefully he will do well in the PGA tournament next week. Go Vandy!

List did fine today with a 2 under round, and is now 7 under for the tourney. He is in a tie for 8th, 4 shots off the lead heading into the weekend.

List just kept getting worse and worse during this tourney. 65-68-71-73 He ended in a tie for 24th.

But at least he beat Tiger. :) The Tiger love from the press is a bit crazy, if you ask me. He will never win another major, and he likely never wins a PGA event again at his age.
