Hasn't rained in Alabama in weeks. Not to speak of, anyway. While we need the rain desperately, it seems that this week in particular there is always rain in the Birmingham area. Oh well.

Lot of rain in the forecast later in the week which could be a bad thing for somebody scrambling their pitching.

Silly they were out in a downpour and Brown had no command. Plunked a guy then throws a wild pitch to put runners at 2nd and 3rd before they finally go into the delay.

I was there. Wet to my undies but then the sun came out. Baked the rest of the game but poor running the bases and inadequate batting doomed us all day.
