My goodness, this broadcast team could be marketed as a cure for insomnia. They couldn't be less enthusiastic if they tried.

2nd inning, man on first (I think...after he walked not sure if Gonzalez had ever advanced or not because we weren't told), Jones singles to right (eliciting some excitement for the first Commodore hit of the season) with no mention of how far Gonzalez advanced. It wasn't until the 3rd out was finally made that we were told for the first time that Vanderbilt didn't score and left two on base. The runner in front of Jones was never mentioned once. Not once. Hardly a "good job of describing the game".VUaskew wrote:Hey, cut the guys some slack. I'm happy to be able to listen to the game.
They may not be "colorful", but they're done a good job of describing the game.
But hey, I'm glad for the broadcast and it's free, so I'm not really complaining...just observing. Very happy baseball season is here!

Same crew as always when Joe Fisher is calling another game or not available when basketball is still playing. Joe will take over after basketball.
