That's great that he can see his son play during his senior year. I wonder if he will go to the Titans game as well since the Giants do play them later this year.

I hope he gets to see his son throw for 350 and 4 TDs.

His son has a better arm than Eli Manning.

I hope the Giants don't pin all of their mess on Shurmur because they are headed for one of the worst records in the league. They have a third of their payroll tied up in a passing combo that has produced one TD in six games.

And I suppose you've thrown for over 50,000 yards in your NFL career and have a couple of Super Bowl MVP's on your dresser as well, right?

Eli did not have a good game last night, and yes he is in the twilight of his career and you can ridicule him for being a "has been" all you like...... but being a "has been" is much better than being a "never was" and in years to come Eli will be remembered as the Manning brother who owned a 4-1 record against the all time greatest QB in the history of the NFL (2-0 in the biggest game on the biggest stage no less)

Fine. I am talking about right now. In his day he was great. Now, not so much. Mickey Mantle was probably one of the top baseball players of all time, but his last two years sucked. Can't deny it. Eli should be mature enough to read the writing on the wall and retire while on top, not as he is now where the crazy NY fans will remember him.

Oh, and I threw for 60,000 yards in my back yard league. So there!

So you would have done better than 27/38 for 399 yards one TD and no picks in last night's game, right ;)

Oh good grief. Don't be a #####.

Ah c'mon, name calling is a lame way to have a discussion (although not nearly as lame as claiming your arm's better than Eli Manning's) Your backyard teammates who witnessed your 60000+ plus yards deserve a more clever, creative response than that

I didn't call you a name. I told you not to be one. And your insistence that I prove that I show that I have thrown for 60,000 yards is as ludicrous as you are. It was a metaphor: Like my grandmother could hit a hole as fast as he can. I have seen this said and haven't seen you go on and on and on and on about them getting their grandmother out on the field. So get over it bub, and go on to something else.
