I can't help but think if we had won just two of the six games we lost in pre-SEC play we'd be in. You can't dig yourself a deep hole like that to start the year. Slow starts are unacceptable. You start the year with 12 victories over cupcakes and motor into the SEC schedule with a full head of steam.

The dreaded vote of confidence for a beleaguered coach. I predict CSL will continue to be confident in Stackhouse until she is told to fire him.

Shan deserves his opinion, but I think there's nothing to see here. For all of his lack of success and roster issues, people have been relatively easy on Stack. I witnessed far worse vitriol for Stallings and Drew on here than Stack's ever gotten. He's been deserving of everything that's come his way.

Stack is fast becoming a walking PR nightmare. To me. he's coaching and speaking like someone who just had his contract extended. Makes me wonder if he would have employed the same "scheduled loss" strategy if he was still fighting for that extension. I hope CSL has an updated list of coac...
