Re: What do you call the offense

Oh boy!! It seems that there is no identity to this team. Sixteen of Middle's first eighteen points were paint points. We perimeter pass with no plan until either someone Jack's a three attempt or tries to slash and hope to get fouled. At the end of the game, around 40 seconds left and down we sat b...

Shan is good, points out that we were doing too much thinking, need to play with instinct.

Re: My dream for a no argument FBS playoff

I want to get rid of the charades. Set a top tier of 32 teams who are allowed to pay their players. Those play for a national championship. The NFL would help underwrite that program.
The rest would go about the business of playing College Football.

Random thoughts from my seat on the bench

We again had no flow. Passing the ball around the perimeter until deep in the clock is not good offense.
I would like a combination of Princeton and old Auburn shuffle. I want some pick and roll done with a purpose. We are going through some motions out there with no end of possession in mind.

CALLED IT!!

Phil MAY have been working against Currie with some of the potential hires with the end game of Currie's firing. Don't know if he was working his own agenda or as a actor for boosters and admin.

What about the body? He may get all ball but body him too hard.

Thank you!! You can't press without some rotation of players!

My question on Lee is

Being a true freshman there is not a lot of "book" on him. That works both ways, but I want to see where he is after Christmas.
My starting lineup would be based on what kind a team Drew wants on the floor. I don't get a sense of an offensive style yet.

Re: A lot of work to do

And unlike the last year or two, this year's team does not have any margin for gutting out wins in games where we can't hit a decent percentage of our treys. The percentage factor to me came as a result of shot selection. Too many possessions were one or to passes and a drive for a poor shot or a c...

A lot of work to do

Too much play ground, no defense, no flow, no rhythm, no adjustments, no nothing
No intensity either end.

Re: Audio quality

This is 2017, maybe you should check out HD cable or satellite and a decent t.v. There is nothing wrong with the way it sounds through fiber-optic cable and a recent model LG in my living room. Thanks, I may have a 1980s system. I'm running Xfinity cable into a Toshiba HDTV with dts Trusurround. No...

Audio quality

It seems to me that ESPN has the worst background for their audio on their broadcasts. I have the USC -VU game on and there is a monotonous roar.
